Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order(s) delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any returns/exchanges. All sales are final.
- If you need to exchange for the same item(s), send us an email at ulempo.studio@gmail.com. We will send you a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) via email for authorized returns.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We apologize in advance that we do not offer exchange/refund under the following conditions:
- Change of mind or/and size does not fit/size is too big
- Incomplete or incorrect address given by customers.
- Damage of item(s) due to own negligence.
- No authorized number (RMA) for a returned item(s).
- Item(s) that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- When you returning item(s) to us and it is lost on the way to our warehouse.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ulempo.studio@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All of your shipping items must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we don't responsible for any lost parcel sent by yourself and the courier itself. Lost shipments will not be refunded or credited. Also, any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
