• When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed after 24 hours. Your orders will be shipped within 8 business days. Tracking should be active in 5 business days.

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

• How many shipping methods you provide?

We are mainly giving only one shipping method (Standard Shipping) that will took 3-4 weeks of delivery or depends on your location.

Why Standard Shipping? Be sure to understand that this is the only way for us to provide you the lowest shipping cost possible. And that being said, no rush orders accepted. Your patience is highly appreciated :)

• What shipping carrier does Ulempo. use?

Most of the part, we use ePacket (EMS) to deliver to your destination country. 

• I want free shipping!

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all items - no coupons needed. At times, a minimum order value may be required to qualify for free shipping. 

• Available globally.
• Standard Shipping - allow 15-20 business days.
• Free shipping orders are shipped ground via ePacket (EMS).

• What country does Ulempo. ship to?

Thanks to our partners, we are able to ship to worldwide. Those countries are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States.

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your address at this time, but please continue to check back as we expand our business.

Credit cards issued from any country other than those listed above can not be accepted, regardless of the location of the shipping address.

NOTE: We don't ship to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon in Canada region for some technical issue and hard to ship.
